I am writing my review based on my recent experience STAR ASIA CARGO Packers & Movers.
Worst service & fraud company. You should move your goods from any XYZ company but do not take any service from STAR ASIA CARGO Packers & Movers.
Guy name Gourav Upadhyay is a fraud & eat your money. They told me to deliver my goods within 5 days but in atual they deliver it after 20 days.
1) In First Interaction: They will attract you and behave like professionals. But in quotation they wont mention all you belonging details.
2) Now at the time of pick up they will increase the price if 1-2 cartons are increased.
3) They wont deliver on time, they took 20 days for me. but at the time of first interaction they promised for 5 days
4) Customer care is not of any use they will tell you number of concerned person who will never pick the call or mobile may be switch off.
5) Most of the items were broken whole crockery was damaged and TV, Waching Machine were broken too.
This is a highly unprofessional manner of conducting business and has caused immense stress to us.
The undue delay, harassment, lack of correct information and transparency must be compensated to us
Bogus management, zero customer commitments, delivery persons are money mongers.
