I have recently moved from Mumbai to Goa through royal professional movers and packets, inrush service was very good. While on delivery there were some things broken and up till now they are not able to give me the compensation while I have taken the insurance coverage. They do receive the call and truly bad customer service. Mostly the professional word may not suit them.
Despite of taking insurance, still waiting for compensation. Never trust person Mr. Vishal and company. Unprofessional people. There people will ask for good amount of bakshish which we don’t mind either but we received some of our goods in broken condition and it seems they are not trustworthy.
