Worst experience of moving.
I took your service to move my luggage from Hyderabad to Jaipur. Your representative was the worst person I have met in my entire life.
We even called your representative to our house to see the luggage so there is no confusion afterwards and at that time only we gave him address and I have proof of that.
He took the luggage and after the luggage was reached to jaipur he asked for more money. He threatened me if I don’t pay more money he will not send the luggage and I have to pick up personally. He demanded money saying it is far from your godown.
We lodged a complain in police station and he got call from inspector because we had all proofs and recording. After this he threatened us to take back complain.
He used another company service to deliver the luggage so I have tracked that and got to know that he paid around 3700 for delivery but I don’t care how much profit he or you are making. I paid 17000rs.
Finally I have hired a Delhivery company to deliver the luggage and paid extra amount and took the bill because your representative threatened me that he will send back the luggage or leave it unattended.
They are highly unprofessional and they didn’t pack well so lot of my stuff broke and dented. I suffered being alone as I had to install washing machine, fridge and assemble Ikea table.
When I got it, my 24000rs watching machine, 14000 fridge, 4000 IKEA table and many small things were broken and dented. I am uploading the pics for proof.
I have insurance of 60000 Rs as I declared the exact amount of my luggage. I even considered the amount of books in insurance.But my honesty paid me nothing.
For anyone who thinks I am exaggerating, below are the proofs.
I am filing case against you in consumer court as well.
