I had a very bad experince with this logistic service.
They are very sweet while talking to you but that sweetness will go away when you get the services.
I had taken their services for shifting my householding stuffs from Mumbai to Kota.
1. They have done the inspection of my house and they told me that my overall freight would be 350 kgs (15 big boxes + 5 ghonis)
2. When I tried to negotiate, they were very sweet and polite and given the assurance that I will keep it reasonable but lets first pack everything and ensure it doesn’t go beyond 350kg. If its in limit of 350 kg then I will give you some discount.
3 When they came to pack my household, their staff forgot to bring the boxes. They (Amit Dubey) have assured me that they will now collect the households into ghonis and then will change it into boxes in their warehouse. (He said – “Apne ghar ka saman sakjhkar pahuchauga Hitesh, Chinta mat karo”)
4. Now after 2 days Amil has sent me the invoice of 12k, YES ITS 12K
He said that total weight of package is 377 kg so we are going to charge you the price of 512kg freight as we use the slots. after 350kg next slot is 512 kg.
Now I got stuck, they had my households and I had been moved to Kota from Mumbai, so finally I had to pay 11k to them.
5. After 3 days I have received my households, then I came to know that they had booked my households
— In the same situation, that means in the ghoni. It was not converted into boxes
— They had booked in third party transport (spoton) and in the invoice of spoton total weight was 280 kg.
— My most of households were partially, heavility damaged as they were not packed in the boxes.
— They had colected 2 glass items and told me that they will pack it in their office/warehouse, those items were missing.
So overall I had a very bad experience.
I wont recommend this logistics to anyone.
